All US orders above $65 receive free shipping. Any order below $65 will be subject to a fee depending the item and how you would like it shipped, fees provided prior to checkout. Please note we try our best to package all items securely with proper padding/protectors to ensure your items arrive safely.
Most items will ship out within 24 hours of purchase. Mail in items for private signings will ship within a week of completion. We appreciate your patience.
Here at ManiacJoe.com, we do not accept returns. We take our time and explain in each items description the condition and other important factors pertaining to the item to reduce any confusion. In a rare situation a return is accepted by us we will only issue store credit. In the extremely rare case that you have one of our autographed items come back as a fake, and have proof that it is a fake ( which will be nearly impossible) we will issue you a refund.
We inspect every item before shipping, we also package extremely well to reduce any chance of item getting damaged.
